I shared Gadget and I's adventures in the Poconos from this past weekend already... but what you didn't see was all the fun and excitement from the one other family member that went - Snow! And honestly, if you follow this blog, you should have known that Snow was going to make his appearance!
It all started Friday. I took off from work, initially thinking we were going to leave for the Poconos around noon (but it turned into late evening before we left). Since I had most of the day to do whatever - I took Snow in to my job to meet some people... and get him out of the house. Let's recap that shall we... I took off of work - and still went TO work.
Snow thoroughly enjoyed the short trip to my job - especially being able to sit in the front seat!
Then we finally left for the Poconos - we arrived late Friday night and he proceeded to run around like a mad man - he got to see so many people and places, all in one day!!
But on Saturday, he got to go on a nice long walk and roll around in the grass most of the day. (I do have some pretty hilarious video of this too!)
On Sunday, he was worn out most of the day. He relaxed with me on the porch for a while (and got to enjoy some yogurt), and then went off exploring with Gadget's father.
I've never seen the pup so tired before. When we got home (at 4AM!), he barely made it out of the car. He made a slow b-line for the house and waited for us to open the door and went upstairs, right to bed. He was exhausted! I'm so glad he had such a great time.
Also...
Not Snow related... but how cool is this bird that we saw while we were in Forever 21?! He was just chillin' on this guy's shoulder. His name was Willey.

Weekend Trip & Sky Diving
Thursday, August 22, 2013
We went to the Poke-Your-Nose!! I joke of course... we did go up to the Poconos to visit some of Gadget's family. Friday was his birthday and Sunday was his sister's birthday, so it was a little family get-together. There were 10 of us - which, for his family, should be categorized as a TEENY TINY family get-together.
His father has a house in the Poconos that I love visiting because the house is gorgeous and is FULL of art from his travels around the world. There is so much natural light in his house, it's pretty spectacular.
We left Friday evening, picked up our nephew and were on our way - it was a 4 hour drive. I was shoved in the backseat with Snow and tried to sleep as much as I could. Everyone else arrived Friday evening and Saturday morning. Once everyone had arrived (and everyone else was awake), we goofed off outside for a bit - well, mostly Gadget. Side note - you see that awesome Deadpool shirt he's wearing, I got him that for his birthday - it's a pretty badass shirt!!
Never a dull moment in this family, Gadget's father decided a great family activity would be to go sky diving (or as my mother-in-law would say, "plane diving"). The airfield was right down the street, and the planes actually pass overhead of the house as they climb and every once in a while you can see a parachute from the porch. It's pretty cool.
There were four of us who did NOT jump. I was perfectly comfortable on the ground, taking pictures and video. They had a blast though! I did get to really get a lot of use out of my 10x zoom lens on my iphone, which was really cool - it's really the only reason I was able to get some of the shots that I did. The picture of the plane below... that's WITH the 10x zoom lens. That plane was really high, and you could barely see when people jumped out - they were as small as a pinhead in the sky. It was pretty crazy.
Don't they look like astronauts!? I'm so unbelievably proud of Gadget - next time, maybe I'll join in... MAYBE.

Hello May
Monday, May 6, 2013
It seems like the year has just been sailing by so fast, but I gotta be honest - April was the longest month ever. We started out with Snow's injury and my awful allergies, then went through some crazy medical issues on top of my own injury... and now I'm getting over strep throat. I'm so glad that May is here and we can move past this craziness.
I have big plans for May!

Putt Putt, Drinks & Pies, Oh My!
Monday, April 29, 2013
This past weekend was full of excitement! It's a shame I'm still "gimpy" because of my back, but I don't remember the last time I've had so much going on in such a short period of time!
I went to the Chiropractor again on Friday, and then right after work, I was invited to Putt Putt with a couple of coworkers. I've never played putt putt in my life, and I surprisingly wasn't terrible - I even got a hole in one! It was a load of fun, and we all definitely want to do that again. After putt putt, we went into Arlington, and went to a bar/club... it was more for singles to mingle, so I didn't stick around long. Besides, my back was killing me and it was getting super super late.

Saturday, I went out galavanting - picked up some stuff for work, some new dresses, and random groceries. As my back was still in quite a bit of pain, I relaxed for the rest of the afternoon... in preparation for Sunday!
On Sunday, I got to see some High School friends that I haven't seen in 8-ish years! They've lived relatively close to me for the past 3 years, and our schedules just never worked out to hang out. One is about to move, so they had a Pie Potluck (a Pieluck?). I had a blast, and it was so great to see them again!

Sickly Thrifty Thursday
Thursday, April 4, 2013

Good morning. Apologies for the lack of posts this week. I've been caring for myself and Snow (who is healing wonderfully!). I've had a sore throat since coming back from grandma's and then came the stuffy nose and body aches. I think the rest of this came from either A) the sniffling children at my grandmother's house, or B) all the people at work who don't wash their hands after they use the bathroom - GROSS!! I'm at the front desk now, if an infection spreads, I'll be the first to get it!
As of this morning, I still have the stuffy nose and sore throat - but I had to come to work today. I have SOO much work to do, I hope I'll be able to concentrate on it. I'll just go back to eating my burnt croissant (ooooops) and Cranberry Apple juice (my favorite!).
I stayed home to take care of Snow yesterday and decided I needed some fresh air, so I went to the local Goodwill. It's a nice 15 minute walk from my house, so off I went. I found some pretty interesting stuff! And I didn't take pictures of anything that I actually bought! (FAIL)

1 // Desk lamp in the shape of a giant thumbtack.
2 // A beautiful violin! I've been wanting to learn forever!
3 // Pretty dresses!
4 // A vintage cat carrier.
5 // Pretty cool looking tv stand.
6 // Paper sorter (if I could have carried it home, it would have been mine!)
7 // Couch in really good condition.
8 // Ironing press
9 // Old sewing machine
So many things that I wanted... so many things NOT purchased. I really regret not grabbing that paper sorter.
That's all for today. Happy Thursday!

As always, to view these in real time, be sure to follow me on Instagram.
I went to grandma's this weekend (and I don't have a laptop) so between that and Snow getting hurt, I have NO time to really write a sum up of this past week. But it was full of tummy aches, snow, vegetables, and baking! I'll definitely be sharing the cookie recipes in the very near future.

Happy Easter!!!

Hey there! It's Sunday - meaning tomorrow is Monday... I don't wanna go to work tomorrow. It doesn't help that I'm a bit under the weather today... it just makes me want to curl up on the couch with Shai or Snow (not both at the same time, YIKES!) and just sleep.
This is what I've been up to this week:
As always, to view these in real time, be sure to follow me on Instagram.

Last Sunday, I decided to make myself a week's worth of salad lunches. This is both healthier and good for my wallet. I had a lot of people ask me if they'd keep well, and they did! It was only 5 days, but they kept wonderfully. It may have to do with the fact that I don't add my dressing until I'm ready to eat it, and also the new "green" containers that I got that are suppose to keep food fresh. I found these at my local Dollar Tree! Monday night, I made some homemade French Bread pizza. They were GOOD. ...Randomly in the wee hours of Tuesday morning, I found my big camera!! It was very exciting, but also confusing... I have no idea why it was where I found it.

When I was at work, we still had tons of ice cream left over from Pi Day, so I had an afternoon snack. Then I took some random photos from around my job and on my bus ride home.

With the new combo-position, I'm in charge of making sure the front desk/lobby looks nice. I took a trip to the Dollar Store Wednesday afternoon and got a bunch of stuff - including some fake flowers and a vase. I used a mixture of 2 different blue paints, mixed it up, and painted the inside of the vase. It's super glossy and has the random speck of glitter because of the one paint. I've gotten lots of compliments on it at work - especially since a lot of people were fooled into thinking they were real flowers. I can't take care of flowers - besides, we don't have any windows in this place!

Haha! I love this first image. My nephew texted me in the middle of the day from class - and then I proceeded to listen to Disney music for the rest of the day. I even got my friend Jane (from work) listening to Disney music back at her desk! Muahaha! For Foreign Food Thursday lunch, we went and got authentic Chinese food. It was so delicious! Yuummmmm.

Friday was a crazy busy day. When I finally got to the bus stop, I had a bit of wait - so I got Coldstone ice cream. In case it's not obviously, I really like ice cream - I don't care if I do look like a crazy person standing outside in the cold all bundled up eating an ice cream while waiting for a bus. (If only I had photos of that!) When I got home, I got to work on dinner - Garlic Shrimp & Roasted vegetables. This is the 2nd time I've made vegetables this way, and will be doing a lot more of it in the future.

Friday night and Saturday morning, I cleaned the living room and kitchen like crazy... and once our handyman left, I went out. I went to Michaels, Rainbow, Home Depot and 5 Below. I got this little Stegosaurus at Michaels for $1 and the spray paint at Home Depot - I'm sure you can guess what happened to him. I also got this step stool for work from 5 Below. Saturday night dinner was stuffed peppers - always a favorite in this house. And today - since I haven't been feeling well, I've really done nothing but pick spots to lay around the house and watch Hulu - mostly Grimm, because well... Nick. Mmmmmm. Bakia had a friend over, so I called him on his way back and asked him for the most random thing ever - Spring Rolls & Ginger Ale. He kinda laughed at me, but he was awesome and got them for me. Apparently when I have this monthly issue, COLD food is best. Who knew?
And that's my week... in a nut shell. You guys are slowly starting to see how truly crazy I can be! I have some big plans for the blog this week, and depending on how busy I am at work, hopefully I can get the big surprise up and going!

Not too pleased that Monday is here already. This weekend flew by and I just want one more day of rest.
To view any of these photos in real time, be sure to follow my Instagram.

This week is really a blur, I don't feel like I did anything or anything was accomplished. Honesty, I don't even KNOW what happened on Monday. Tuesday was a crappy day (weather wise) and I was working from home - but the sun started shining and I quickly went outside to snap some photos. I also spent most of the day with Snow at my feet - it was going to be my last work from home day, so I wanted to spend as much time with him as possible.

Even though I usually work from home on Wednesdays, I went in to work to get the parts to make the Pi Day badges for work. And it was a looooong day - we did "Foreign Food Thursday" on Wednesday this week - and had PHO! My favorite! (Now I want some...) It was taking forever to get home that afternoon too, so I stopped at the Starbucks near one of my bus stops and relaxed for a few minutes. Isn't that dog a beauty!? He was walking by as I was staring out the window of the Starbucks.

When I finally got home on Wednesday, I started working on the buttons. Every once in a while, one will mess up, but my rate of failure is pretty low. Not only did my punch stop working, but after I screwed up 3 buttons in a row, I threw in the towel and went to bed. Thursday was Pi Day... where I had pizza AND pie. YIKES!

After the long day I had Wednesday, I bounced out of work early on Thursday - and got home in record time. I spent the afternoon with my pup and working on my own stuff (including taking a couple of photos of myself that I liked - surprisingly).

Friday was a bit of a blur too. I tried to draw a bit with the tablet at home - and that was a complete failure.
Saturday was a good day. I spent the morning with Gadget, had lunch with him, and went to the grocery store. That evening, I met up with some friends in the city and went bar hopping for St Patty's Day. I don't drink, but I had loads of fun. I crashed at her place that night and then proceeded to have dinner at 3 am.

Sunday, while I waited for Gadget to come get me from my friend's apartment, we all went out to breakfast at a little, very old, dinner. Nothing better than breakfast at noon. The goofballs that sat across from me are Todd & Hannah - Gadget and I went to school with them, and Hannah's even from the area where I grew up and Todd works with Gadget. They're very entertaining to hang out with. I had loads of fun. There's also an awesome video I posted on Vine of Hannah dancing to 90's White Girl Pop music.
The rest of my afternoon Sunday was spend relaxing on the couch with my kitty. ...and sleeping. Oye, I was so lazy.
Well, that was my week! This coming week is going to be veeeeery interesting. Did any of you guys doing anything interesting for Pi Day or for St Patty's Day?

Is it weird that I'm glad tomorrow is Monday? Last week was such a difficult week, work wise, and I can't talk about what's going on at work yet... but I'm going down a new, very different road and as of right now, I have high hopes for the future.
>keeps fingers crossed<
But at the same time, I've been very uninspired and unmotivated recently... I just to keep moving forward, and move past this.

My Week in Instagram:
1-3 // I ordered a new lens kit and it came in the mail already!(3) On the box, it said that the box may contain a dinosaur (2) and it DID (2).
4 // Discovered that not only does Dr Pepper make my favorite drink ever, but it's also super hard to find (Diet Cherry Dr Pepper) but they also have Cherry Vanilla (and a diet version)! What madness - Why can't I find this anywhere!?
5 // Foreign Food Thursday - we went to my favorite Korean restaurant. I got the bulgogi soup, again.
6 // Went to lunch on Friday as a thank you for some work that I did. Same place we happened to go to last week, but I got something I've never had before - Mahi Mahi!
7 // Went thrift shopping - shared a post about it the other day.
8 // Tiniest bottle of Nesquik I've ever seen.
9 // Brainstorming for my portfolio site design.
10 // Preparing to get my craft on...
11&12 // Craft photos! This will be shared on the blog soon!

Tomorrow is Monday? Already?! This weekend went too quickly.
Gadget and I went out to dinner at Ted Montanta's last night. We had loads of fun! And I spent the rest of the weekend making charms for my shop and taking photos of all the new items that will be added to the shop this week. I borrowed the Canon Rebel T4i from work - what a gorgeous camera. I want it!
Only problem is... Gadget's card reader on his computer isn't working, so I have to wait to get to work to grab all the photos off the card.

1 // Went out to a department lunch. Had delicious crab cakes and a steak.
2 // Random self portrait in the mirrored elevator at work.
3 // Changed my instagram screenname to @searewyndmake to match the blog.
4 // Foreign Food Thursday - We tried out a great new kabob place
5 // Woke up Friday morning to an awesome surprise from Snow. He tore up an entire roll of paper towels.
6 // Borrowed a camera from work. Used it to take product photos.
7 // Working on charms for pencil pouches.
8 // Went out to dinner with Gadget for our 3rd anniversary.
9 // My meal - Salmon
10 // Stopped at Walmart. We always have the craziest, most random set of items. Notice the Transformers toy... >head shake<
11 // The mayhem at my desk. Thank goodness I put the desks together to make one large one!
12 // Finished charm!
That's all for this week. Good night everyone!

Good morning, Happy Friday, and Hello March!
I can't believe how fast February flew by! March is here, and it's going to be a crazy busy month.
February was a short, but very productive month. I managed to get a TON of cleaning and organizing done around the house - especially in my office. I've made lots of headway with the upcoming design shop, as well as getting a lot more exposure of my other shop, Byte Size Treasure. It's all very exciting. I was also pretty crafty - but that has to do with my office being organized and inspiring me to actually do stuff.

Hippity-Hop Lamp // Love Bunnies Ring Holder // Rabbit Gold Plated Wax Seal Stamp // Bunny Rabbit Earring
I got a facebook message on the way to work this morning from my mother that just said "Rabbit Rabbit." I love my mother! We just don't get along well when we're in the same state, but this whole thing is absolutely adorable. When I was a kid, there was something on Nickelodeon that told of the superstition where if you say "rabbit rabbit" or "rabbit rabbit rabbit" or "white rabbit" (and some other variations) as soon as you wake on the 1st of a month, you'd have either good luck all month or receive a present by the end of the month. This is probably the ONLY tradition my mother and I share. It makes me giggle that she still does it, and I apparently had never told Gadget about it. I'm sure he judges us both now.
SPEAKING of Gadget, our 3rd wedding anniversary is tomorrow! THREE YEARS. Insanity. Hopefully, he'll take me somewhere nice and we can have a nice, romantic day tomorrow. >hint hint<
How was your February? Are you looking forward to March? Anyone have big plans in the near future?

Sunday Sum Up #4
Tuesday, February 26, 2013
So Sunday's sumup is a little late. I won't dive into my problems from the weekend, but basically I wasn't near a computer to post anything. It was a typical week, but this past weekend was FULL of crafty fun!

Week via Instagram:
1 // Monday was a holiday, so I went OUT. This is a glimpse of what I wore.
2 + 3 // While out on Monday, I tried a new Pho place. The Pho wasn't terrible, but the Summer rolls were good.
4 // I got Snow a new "tennis ball" that is 13" wide. He loves it. But he's frustrated that he can't bite it.
5 // Snow - worn out after playing with the new ball.
6 // I sent a little package to a friend of mine and her boyfriend.
7 // A rare photo of myself! Showing how crazy long my new bangs are already!
8 // While organizing my office, I was trying to find a place for all my wrapping paper and other backdrop items. I love this!
9 // Quick stop at the thrift store - I really wanted this lamp - but not for $40.
10 // Snow being impatient while I'm showering. He had to go potty!
11 // Pretty sunrise on the drive to work
12 // At work, its rare that all of the Graphics peoples are in the office on the same day. We wanted to go out to lunch, but we didn't have the time to go where we wanted. So we went to Panera. I tried this sandwich for the first time - definitely a new favorite!
13 // Made a little art. Getting frustrated at people judging me for what I take pictures of with my phone.
14 // Made a version of Gadget with the imadeface app.
15 // IVY! She's been super cuddly recently. Too bad she weighs a ton!
16 // I love seeing the moon in the daytime!
17 // My pretty Shai - always the diva.
18 // Both kitties were being lazy all week while I cleaned around them!
19 // Went all the way down to the post office just for this teeny tiny little package...
20 // ...which is great, cause now I have all the charms for my shop!
21 // Making custom wrist straps for my shop.
22 // Went to Starbucks, they spelled my name wrong.
23 // Charms for umbrellas!
24 // All the charms & straps for the umbrellas are done!
25 // I have a bunch of wood planks that I use for photo backdrops, I painted the backside of half of them white, and the other half a teal color.
26 // I spent half of the day on the couch, watching The Office and Snow decided to join me for a nap.
My shop is getting a lot of new attention, so I really need to figure something out with this missing-camera situation so I can get photos of all the new products!!
Hope everyone enjoys the rest of their week! March is almost here!!

Sunday Sum Up #3
Sunday, February 17, 2013
Morning! I'm gonna be honest, this is gonna be short because I'm in a pretty terrible mood. I had all these pictures of craft-fun, and the work-in-progress that is my office overhaul... but the camera has DISAPPEARED. From my own house - I am livid. How does it just disappear? I know where I put it, but we have people in our house and it's now nowhere to be found. Not to mention I woke up to an accident on the floor from Snow... Thank goodness I have tomorrow off - I'd hate to go into work with this mood I'm in.
On Monday, I went into work late. On Mondays, I normally get a ride from a guy at work, but he leaves super late, so I figured "instead of doing 11+ hours at work again... I missed Walking Dead last night, I'll watch it this morning and go into work late!" The buses Monday morning were a hassle, but I stopped for breakfast and wrote for my stories some more - actually, A LOT!
Also, Happy Belated Valentine's Day! Gadget and I haven't done anything yet to celebrate. Our anniversary is really soon, so hopefully we'll do something then. I gave him a card and a 3 lb. bag of Gummy Bears. My reaction to seeing the bag in the store, and his reaction when he opened it - I wish we had pictures. Haha, so great.
It's been a pretty typical week. I've been cleaning and organizing whenever I have time. I completely redid our closet, and reorganized my dresser. I'll post photos when I finish.
Late to the game, I started watching Sherlock. Oh man, WHY have I waited so long to watch this show!?
Oh, and Shai is in heat. NOT fun.
Week via instagram:
1) Galaxy nails! (& crochet)
2) Ramen cooked to perfection.
3) Sparkly Mint nails with little red hearts!
4) Stopped at Starbucks for breakfast and did some writing.
5) When Gadget comes home, he will not touch Snow until he calms down. Once he relaxed, Gadget rolled him on his back and rubbed his belly. He's not a big fan of being on his back, so he freezes up.
6) Homemade Chipotle oven baked potatoes. With bacon bits and basil. Soo good.
7) Foreign Food Thursday - PHO!!
8) Fishie at the Pho place
9) We went to a Kabob place on Friday, I love their interior!
10) Chicken Kabob.
11) Organizing my ever-growing dress collection (addiction, perhaps?) by color.
12) Craft time!
13) Shai stole my seat. Maybe she wants to craft too?
14) A shot of my "new" desk. I had 2 large desks and decided to put them together. I'm in love already! HUGE improvement!
15) Sewing at 2AM while listening to Kevin Hart standup.
16) We went to IKEA (it's a LOT closer than I thought) and got myself some stuff for my office).
17) Gadget just laying on Snow - right before we went to IKEA.
18) Pretty sky. Gadget kept swerving the car so I couldn't get a picture. Poop face.
19) Dinner! Beef stew & vegetables over rice.
Have a great week everyone!

Sunday Sum Up #2
Sunday, February 10, 2013
My overall goal for this week was to get as much work done as possible. And other than this weekend, it was a relatively productive week.
Monday was one of my longest days ever - I was at work for 10 and a half hours. Tuesday, I did a lot of planning and scheduled some posts for this blog (including shattering my new favorite mug not an hour after taking photos for a blog post). The rest of the week was just a typical work week - a lot of stupid long rides to and from work... including two buses that didn't even stop to pick me up - yay...
As I said before, this weekend so far, I've done nothing. I didn't even touch the computer. I sat on my couch, watched Sword Art Online and crocheted. And family drama...
But I did get a considerable amount of work done this week, and even painted my nails 3 different times - look at me being girly and things. I also wrote a bit for some of my stories, so there's that.
Highlights of the week:
Bus drivers not stopping to pick me up - 2 days in a row.
Being on hold with my bank and hearing The Little Mermaid "Part of Your World (instrumental)" as the hold music
Took part in a quick dollar store craft contest
Crocheted some hair bows - that I may or may not add to the shop
Took pictures of shop items that still need to go up!
Bought myself a replacement mug for the one I just bought and broke (all in one week)
Foreign Food Thursday (a weekly lunch outing at work) we had some Peruvian chicken that definitely didn't agree with me.
Week via instagram:
1+2 // Decided to paint my nails during a lunch break
3 // Broke my new favorite mug
4 // had some toast and strawberry jelly to better my mood
5 // painted my nails again. Tried the whole "dunk your fingers in ice water to dry them fast"
6 // painted them again!
7+8 // dollar store craft
9 // silly snow
10 // playing with a new iPhone app
11 // crocheting

Friday Favorites : Snow
Friday, February 8, 2013
I'm going to stop Friday Favorites for a while, so I can focus on the rest of the blog. What better way to end it (for a while) than to post some photos of Snow that haven't made it to the blog yet? There were a number of months there in the end of last year where I wasn't posting much - which is sad, cause a lot happened. And there are a lot of great photos of Snow.
The first 5 photos here are from a trip to Grandma's in early September. It's a 2 hour drive there, and there is a McDonalds right before the bay-bridge (which happens to be halfway to grandmas), so we stop there so we can all use the restroom, get a bite to eat if we haven't eaten, and stretch our legs. We park way in the back where the 18 wheelers park, and just let Snow walk around. It's usually pretty empty back there and he won't leave our sides... well, Gadget's side. The last two... you'll find out more about those in a second.
1 - Snow in the car // 2 - Snow sitting pretty while daddy takes a picture // 3 - Relaxing in the middle of the parking lot // 4 - Excited to see me when I came back from getting drinks // 5 - Sitting on Gadget's foot // 6 + 7 - Relaxing after the tire run

Now these photos are from our "tire run." Every one in a while, we chain this tire to his leash and make Snow run up and down the sidewalk by our townhouse a bunch of times. I know a lot of people have misconceptions about pits and whatnot, so I was really nervous that people were thinking we were trying to beef him up for fighting. Not happening. He's just got SOOO much energy, and this is a fantastic way to burn it off.
These are more outtakes than anything, cause his running faces are absolutely hilarious. Numbers 4, 5, 7, 9, and 10 are my favorites. 10 just gets funnier and funner the more you look at it.
If you follow my Instagram or Vine (my username is rewynd), you can see that I love my silly little pup - and he's really popular too. My little camera ham! You can also search instagram for the tag #snowthepitbull - that's all him!

Life & My OCD : Eating Habits
Thursday, February 7, 2013
I have a bit of OCD. There are certain things that really irritates my OCD - making sure my movies are in alphabetical order, color-coordinating sugar packets at restaurants... and oddly enough, the way I eat.
When it comes to a plate of food, I always eat one thing at a time and then move to the next in the circle - I'll either movie clockwise or counter-clockwise. And I never noticed that I did this until someone pointed it out to me. Ever since, I'll try to touch a little bit of everything, but still end up eating one at a time anyway.
One of my favorite snacks is Chex Mix. I only eat the Traditional (& occassionally Bold Party) flavor - and I follow a routine - every single time.

First, I grab the bag of Chex Mix. I try not to have this in my house too often, cause it's dangerous. (Don't you just love my new bag clips - little black cats. I got them from 5 Below!) And I pour myself a cup. I do this to limit myself on how much I can have at a time. (This is my new mug from Target. I got one for Gadget too - we both love these mugs.)
Digging in, I pick out all of the super crunchy rye bagel crisps. I don't like these. At work, I'll throw them away. At home, I'll toss them outside for the animals.
Next, I pick out the pretzels and chow down as I go. Note, that I'm not so OCD that I seperate the square and the round ones. Pretzels are pretzels. (I don't normally pull them all out onto a napkin - this is just for demonstration purposes.) Then, these little breadsticks get eaten. This batch didn't have a whole lot...
Once all the bagel crisps, pretzels and breadsticks are gone, I'm left with a large collection of Corn and Wheat Chex pieces. These are my favorites!!
People judge me for my OCD, and I don't mind it so much anymore. I'm not in denial that some of my OCD moments are really odd. But that's what makes me ME!
[Edit] I've only had this mug for a little over a week and I dropped it Tuesday night. I was heartbroken. I have to go back to Target and replace it while they're (possibly) still on clearance. >sob<

Sunday Sum Up
Sunday, February 3, 2013
This week... I'm glad it's over. I was "sick" most of the week - I won't dive into details on that. I telecommute 2 days a week, so luckily I could still work - and work at my own pace. But then Thursday happened, and I became one with my couch and my eyes were glued on Netflix. I did draw a little bit here and there... But I definitely wasn't as productive as I would have liked. And I was super lazy this weekend too... I need to make up for that this coming week!
Saturday, Gadget and I went to lunch with a couple friends - we got some Pho and Frozen Yogurt. And today was the Super Bowl. It was just Gadget and I for the day, curled up on the couch watching it. I was crocheting, eating some ice cream and drinking my favorite drink ever - Diet Cherry Dr Pepper. Twas a good wrap up for the week.
My week via Instagram: (follow me here)

1 // Organized the top drawer of the dresser in my office - has all of my nail polish, sunglasses, & hair accessories.
2 // Got a dress in the mail from an order on Instagram.
3 // Snow found his giant rope... and proceeded to rip it to pieces - not before tying himself up in it.
4 // Got a Vine account.
5 // Sleepy Snow.
6 // Drawing.
7 // Hot chocolate. Cereal. And New Girl.
8 // Drawing some more.
9 // Curled up with Snow on the couch. He stole Shai's seat. She wasn't happy.
10 // Curled up with Shai on the couch - she was sleeping on my back.
11 // Playing with the Vine app. My account is full of videos of Shai and Snow.
12 // Frozen Yogurt!
13 // I made Gadget and myself breakfast pizza for lunch/dinner today.
14 // Watching the Super Bowl with Gadget. Snow wanted to join us.
